PROBLEMS / CHALLENGES
Fuse Universal identified an opportunity to launch a personalized professional learning platform. Companies and individuals could curate custom content, develop new skills, and track performance. The final product had to be engaging and mobile compatible.
This project required only short-term development team capacity which required staff augmentation. This process was much faster than the traditional hiring process.
Fuse asked Sphere to rapidly build a high performance software development team consisting of a solutions architect, developers, QA, and a business analyst.
Within less than four weeks, Sphere had assembled an entire team. Hitting the ground running, Sphere’s solution architect created an architecture for Fuse Universal’s video learning platform.
This included a streamlined UI/UX development and mobile application, capable of processing high volume digital content.
Sphere was able to deliver this project ahead of schedule and under budget. As a result of this engagement, Fuse was able to reduce project cost and increase time to market.
