A financial services company approached us with their legacy ERP, looking to move to an Acumatica solution within just a few months.
The financial services company was using a legacy, client-server based ERP and needed to move to a modern cloud-based platform. This was a small project in scope with a few implementations and customizations, but ideally needed to be turned around quickly.
How It Was Solved
- An efficient, small scope project: the implementation and customizations was completed in about 2 months; minimizing the financial and time investment
- The implementation team provided training to the client to guide the implementation so their in-house team could do some of the implementation and data conversion tasks themselves; further minimizing the cost and duration of the project
The change to Acumatica allowed the customer to access their data from anywhere, at any time. Additionally, the fully-hosted cloud solution eliminated the cost and effort of maintaining internal servers. The client is currently 99% self-sufficient, minimizing their recurring ownership cost.
