Find a way to do copywriting, researching and analysis by current business stakeholders (without hiring business analysts and copywriters) to keep the team lean and save a significant amount of money.

Increase student’s satisfaction, engagement and academic results by researching and analyzing data from student surveys , support tickets , etc. In addition to obvious analysis like average grades, trends, etc it was very interesting to identify sentiments of students.
