Our 5-Step Development Process

1. Application Workflows
We draft all necessary workflows per discussions with you. This typically includes frontend features and capabilities, backend operational features and a backlog of future features. Additionally, our team de-risks any technical decisions made for the solution design.
2. UI/UX Data Structures
We ensure the layout and visuals of the information align with your requirements. We draft and present screen style options and ensure alignment with the broader product vision.
3. Application Development
We develop the frontend and backend components necessary to complete the application. As individual features get completed, you will have the opportunity to try out the newly designed features in real time.
4. Validation and Verification
We internally create standard and exception use-cases and elicit unusual scenarios to rigorously test the platform/solution. At the end of this stage, the system has passed all critical checks and is ready to go-live.
5. Go-Live and After
