What counts as a qualified referral
A qualified referral is a warm introduction to a real decision-maker (CEO, CTO, VP Engineering, COO, or similar)
at a company that has an active or near-term need for Sphere’s services: AI and data engineering, software development (web/mobile), staff augmentation, or digital transformation consulting. There is no minimum contract size to earn commission. Cold lists, scraped contacts, and mass outreach do not qualify—warm introductions only.
