Our Solution

Sphere deployed a team of six experts, including a Data Architect, BI Developer, Cloud Engineer, and Project Manager, to design a modern, cloud-based data ecosystem using Azure and Databricks.

First, we migrated data operations to a cloud-based environment using Azure and Databricks, ensuring a high-performance, scalable infrastructure. This allowed the company to process large volumes of data efficiently without the constraints of legacy systems.

Next, we automated data workflows by designing custom ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines that seamlessly integrated information from sources like Quickbase and Excel. This eliminated manual data entry, significantly reducing processing time and errors.

To give executives instant access to insights, we built real-time self-service dashboards in Power BI, making KPI tracking intuitive and actionable. Instead of waiting for reports, leadership could now access up-to-date metrics at any time.

Finally, we ensured future scalability by implementing a modular architecture, allowing new data sources and reporting capabilities to be added effortlessly as the company grows.
