1. Discovery call
A senior consultant joins a 30-minute call to understand the problem, your current state, and what a useful outcome would look like. The call is free, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.
2. Written scoping document
Within a few business days of the call, we send a scoping document covering approach, team composition, timeline, and cost. There is no paid discovery layer before this.
3. Six to eight-week sprint
Most engagements begin with a fixed-scope POC, MVP, or initial implementation phase. You finish with working software on your data and a clear basis for the next decision.
4. Production and ongoing work
When the initial phase justifies it, we move into production deployment, ongoing engineering, and the next set of use cases. Some clients work with us for many years; some for a single project. Both are normal.
